just to clarify my point about mr fuji there he states that us patents arent observed by the thai government well i guess its a good thing the company filed their patents in thailand, parts of africa, and most of europe where their target markets are; and yes it takes several years for patents to be granted, but you can sell the product in the meantime duh does the phase patent pending mean anything; you'll see it on about half the products you buy anywhere!!! again utter bs
