Thanks JT for the reasonable response of allowing free speech to continue here. FYI I'm not a trader I am investor looking to build a position in companies with high growth and great management. I have less than 5% of my net worth invested in equities. The most speculative stocks in my portfolio at this secound are: HAL0,CBRX,EGHT. My prime investment vehicle for the last 20 years has been commercial real estate.

To why I am here...its tough a question but here is some background. I was personally taken in a stock scam 20 years ago. I was 1 year out of college doing a house flip with a buddy and took most of the profit I made and plopped it down on a PPM that was pitched by family and friends. Many of my friends parents were getting in and everyone( except my parents) were urging me to take a position. In the words of some "I would be SET for life" yeah! My father didnt believe anything these poeple said and told me not to invest until you could see the products coming off then line and into stores. So like an idiot I disregarded and invested 20K and patiently waited for the companies IPO which promised within 6 months. BTW They had a great pitchmen and a neat story, patents and a cool demo. But something wasn't right..no progress was being made for years and when I ask for financials or to have a shareholders meeting I got excuses and delays...I won;t bore you with the details but suffice it to say I started to have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company. I then got a hold of some financial disclosures and it was apparent that CEO was living large and the expense of all of us. He then ask for more money at 1/7 the price most had bought in for. Fed up I then brought down a family friend who was a very famous Nobel prize winner for physics. On the ride back he basically told me the invention was a ratchet and while it might develop a small niche market they were years away from establishing a production line capable of meeting any real demand. I was floored. Here I am this young kid out of college and I had to go to such great lengths to find out this company has been squandering resources. They were occupying a high dollar 10,000 Sqft building that was EMPTY. Management was driving new jags and had fat key man policies great salaries. From that point on, any type of slick marketing aimed at drawing in unsophisticated investors interest me. One CEO of a company I have been critical of thinks I am Geraldo. What can I say.. some people like to talk about sports which I enjoy too...but I also have this fascination with how easily human nature is influenced.
