kennypooh, on August 7, 2012 ECOS filed and 8K stating that it had entered into a Purchase Order Agreement with FEI for 2 NPU-60 Diesel Emulsion Units and 2 NPU-60 Emulsion Units. The total sales price being $2,300,000. If these Orders never materialized than I believe the company had a legal requirement under SEC FD to issue an 8K stating as such. If the Orders are On-Hold then MS has a responsibility to his shareholders to acknowledge as such given that it's been over 7 months since the 8K was filed.
