I would like to see a PR shortly following the 10-k, for sure.. If anyone read my post about them always filing an NT-10k then we know that most of the time they file one of those and then the 10-k comes 15-16 days later. When it came on the 16th the 15th was a weekend day. Once it came a day after the NT-10k.

I guess the 10-k doesn't really tell us much about 2013, though. They should not be able to drop a PR like the one that came out in Feb and then just shut the lights off on us, but I'm pretty sure they can do whatever they want to do. The PR didn't make any guarantees and they're not bound to any of it, as far as I can tell.

Yes, if they lied about the commitment for funding, they could be in trouble. The thing is- the commitment letter could have any kind of requirements in it. It could say the loan will only fund if the moon turns green, for all we know, and as long as the commitment exists- they're in the clear, I think.

All of this speculation about all kinds of other things is very interesting, though.. Bankruptcy this, merger that, big names here, interesting characters there. . It's like a soap opera program. I don't know what to think at this point. I don't think Volk would do an RS this very soon after the last one, but, the o/s exploding is pretty scary.

I still don't know how to tell if the float increases when the o/s increases. No one seems to have an answer for that. Someone said that the float doesn't increase when the o/s does, but I think that when they increase the o/s they could be selling those shares out into the market. Why does VFIN always have a 10k ask with infinite numbers printing at that price? But then, we knew before the TA changed that a lot of those were restricted, I suppose.. right? 10%+-?

It's all interesting enough that I got back in Friday.. But it sure is a little scary with the o/s raising and not being sure of what's happening to all of those new shares. Being extremely new to trading, I drank a little kool aide when the Feb PR came out and I bought some at .03 thinking it was going to break .034 --- oops. Now maybe I can get some of my blood back, or lose some more.

Either way- it'll be interesting.

;)
