Dear Denise,
On the IHUB message board we keep reading “ask Denise”, so here goes:
I find that the NV Sec of State shows that the four “Nano”s referenced on the Nanotech platform are all active, to wit:
Nanotech Entertainment, Inc. 990MM shares authorized
Nanotech Communications Corp. 75K shares authorized
Nanotech Media Corporation 75K shares authorized
Nanotech Gaming Labs, LLC NA
My first question is – Who are the owners of Communications, Media and Gaming; and what is their actual legal relationship to Entertainment?
Also, now that NTEK is doing business in California, under what name(s) are you operating. None of the above names are shown as either corporation or LLCs by the Secretary of State. I ask because I am concerned from an operating procedural point and a tax efficiency point. A presence in Silicon Valley is just smart business; not being registered as either a domestic or foreign corporation/LLC in California could place everything at risk; being an operating entity in California could be extremely tax inefficient (significantly higher taxes).
I do own over 500,000 shares of NTEK. Not huge, but involved.
