What in the world are you talking about? There are 2 types of licensees- up front paying CNTS agreements, or back end paying royalty agreements. Both are ONLY for companies infringing on a patent. Our law firm has to decide which is in NeoMedia's best interest in a specific case. A million or two up front could be the same asw 5-10 yrs of back end royalties. It is out on another planet to think CNTS means you can threaten to sue companies not using your patent. That would be unscrupulous.
