Yeah. Also, remember a company must have good reason(s) for not filing, on time, before the 15 day extention is granted. Other than that, BCCI would have to file that other form to satisfy the deadline. BCCI couldn't use the excuse that the annual report is too bad to file on time and that they need alittle more time to hide the info from investors in-order to keep the company in-tact. Remember, we are suppose to be heading for NASDAQ. Maybe that has alot to do with why the report was not filed on time. Maybe they needed to get more things together for the report.
