My facts are straight, the company that was revoked had the CUSIP 106. That CUSIP had already been placed into a Global Lock by the DTCC and was exited from CNS.

The ticker Energy Source, which had the CUSIP of 106 was in fact revoked, it doesn't matter if FINRA approved a new ticker, name and CUSIP of 205 to be used. The orginal shell that was registered with the SEC had been revoked already by the SEC. So it was moot of FINRA to waste the time to approve the new corporate actions.

Without a valid shell it matters nothing as to what was placed in the revoked shell after the fact, FINRA does not supercede the SEC and it's regulatory authority over registered securities.. ever.
