Hard to say it is typical only because I don't now of any other penny stock companies that have shareholder meetings.
Either way... I'm sure they strategically put all the pieces together as they have said they want to retain shareholders. In order to avoid a huge sell off after the meeting they could show/talk about future goals and projects, which are probably ambitious with massive potential. Even the mention of dividends would retain shareholders for the long term. Who knows what they have in store. All I do know is that I will be taking the ride wherever it goes.
