They're not a "normal" pennystock, they're a microcap with ties to research, funded by private grants and federal money. The good side of the coin, they stated they had enough cash to operate the rest of the year, so there's no need to either sell shares or go out to investment firms and sell either restricted shares or common stock offerings at a discount which immediately flood the market. Bad side of the coin, if you don't need the investor's money, why spend PR money when you're a small company? Billion dollar companies can afford daily PRs, some are required by law, others released to prevent lawsuits of not informing the public on things that affect the stock. The free (??) radio interview done on Boston business station on Apr 11th is more the company's speed on broadcasting advertising.
