Big Big oil companies in Midland Texas!

Ever been there? I lived there. The big oil companies are Exxon, Conoco Phillips and Valero. Hmmm don't see those people on JCDS's list....I wonder why ? being a sub-penny software developer and all. Hec I can't imagine there are any established software developers out there doing this. And huge companies are probably just jumping over one another to have their proprietary information managed by JCDS!

To be honest the pr's looks like management is utilizing a penny industry standard template. good luck
