I really don't want to play the "maybe just maybe" game siesmic.

You have your strategy and I have mine. I tend to deal in the here and now realities of bankrutcy. The DIP lenders here have over $800MM dollars tied up and don't care one wit about what happens with BP. Unless ATP gets some serious money from BP immediately it won't help ...and I just don't see that happening. I've been down Dreamers Lane before and it always takes much much longer than you think to get to a resolution and ends up for the most part anticlimatic. Sorry but that's been my experience. If the Calvary comes to our rescue they won't be riding a BP horse and they won't have BP money in the saddlebags.

Could I be wrong? sure...absolutely...but I'm just not caught up in the BP dream.
