Why is GESI,Inc. becoming LESS Transparent Now ??

Just don't understand = The Funding is being concluded or it's been confirmed = Dunno ----> Counteractive statements

Why Becoming less transparent?

The company will complete and file all necessary documents within the scope of Pinksheets OTC to move the company back to the listing of PS limited, or higher.

GESI now claiming they will be pink sheet limited or higher - Huh?? ----> Why are they going in the wrong direction ??

OTC PINK LIMITED = Limited Transparency

Designed for companies with financial reporting problems, economic distress, or in bankruptcy to make the limited information they have publicly available.

All filings shall be realistic and accurate as to the progress of the company.

Have there been filings in the past that weren't accurate as to the progess of the company????

•GESI will complete and finalize the company audit of the records and monies used. This will give the shareholder a true transparency into the operations of the company and the use of the proceeds thus far. GESI shall start the process of becoming a fully reporting SEC company within the current listing on OTC Markets.

This is another counteractive press release statement = GESI already committed to being transparent way back in May 2011!

There's NO proof of 50 Million except a contradictory press release that states it's also being concluded =

Becoming LESS Transparent doesn't bring BIG INVESTORS

GESI,Inc has been riding the Merry Go Round talking about revenue generating for a LONG LONG time =

With all due respect to IHub investors , this is not being done for us solely . IMO this is being done to attract the big Investors , the Hedge Funds , Private Entrepeneurs or Venture Capital .These guys are looking for BIG returns on their investment . A $3 Million Market Cap with a $50 Million Asset on their books is a complete no brainer IMO .

The $50 Million is only here and now . If we look a little further out we can see a Revenue producing Company . We can see Carbon Credits , we may see additional grants from the Canadian Government . Possibly additional contracts . Possible expansion and who knows what else may be out there .

Imagine how quickly this would run if even one of these guys came calling . Investing 400K , 500K or even $1 MILLION . It would run and never look back .
