I will change my tune about SKTO.......BUT

they have done this before. They were going to be SEC filers in 2011 and went dark after diluting the stock and never gave any updates.

I hope they do file, but I don't know why it has to be announced ahead of time. Why not just file unless you wanted to dump shares?

There seems to be an endless supply of them, right?

Please note: Until they file initial disclosures we don't know how many shares Henry Jan holds. He got a ton the last time SKTO bought one of his companies. Now does he still control SKTO like he did before?

We'll see......or so they say.
