I think that TZYM has decent honest management, and that Vipin Garg is a smart man. The "strategic review" is obviously an attempt to find a buyer, and the BMS deal is good news. The burn rate should be very low now that the in-house programs are either halted or funded by external partners.

On the negative side, the technology platforms developed by TZYM have been proven not to be successful in Phase II( TZP-101) and Phase II studies (TZP-102).

On balance, my own personal view - and not be taken as any kind of recommendation! - is that TZYM is worth consideration as a highly speculative play, but that anyone expecting instant gratification could well be disappointed - it's certainly not your classic momentum or even pump and dump play, and thank heavens for the latter.
