Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

I find it funny that people talk about how Fannie Mae is going to be winding down.

but then again nobody really knows what this means.

some say they're want to privatize and not have government involved.

I say exactly so once Fannie Mae pays off the government , with proper political decisions they will be private .

another possibility is that they'll only insure loans up to a smaller amount. I think now its close to something like $600,000.

either way it appears that Fannie Mae will become private again. shareholders will have value .
