Bull, if he gifts shares they do not fall under 1% rule, there are so many scamming ways in the OTC to get around the 1% it is not even funny. I have heard the same ol' crap here for months from the one man show at WRAP. If he was to restrict the shares (THEN THE 1% rule kicks in) WRAP would take off like a rocket just on a good old fashion pump. Until then it will continue to be a dilution machine, oh, before anyone tells me no dilution is happening, read the filings and look at the pps/volume/accumulation over the past year, just about drove it in the ground, IMO.
