Found a friend on Linkek/n that does business with the guy. She claims he is a great guy and does honest business. Things are slow add all Real Estate is slow. I am sure it's going up just takes time. Especially when people scare you with talk. I lost 40 % because I bought in to high. Trust me it's going to go up.
