IMO they didn't promise anything. What JJ has done is remarkable. 1508 valid, legal, promising gold/copper/moly claims recognized by the Chilean Mining Commission. What they haven't done is properly communicate with the shareholders and close a deal. Surely lacking to the last regard. But, they are gaining everyday. When they finish, and they will, shareholders will be rewarded and others will have to pay the fiddler.
