That's not the issue here. We all do believe FNMA will pay back the tax payers!! and even more they received! The problem is even if FNMA pay them back there is no exit strategy of yet. None of the payment will count toward repayment. That's what FNMA needs to negotiate with the government and set a solid exit plan! Once they do that this stock will sky rocket!
