Well the A/S of EPAZ is 2 Billion, and it's a 10-1 spinoff, so 200,000,000 max A/S.

O/S is 1.6 Billion = O/S of 160,000,000

Now whether or not all the restricted shares owned by the CEO turn into restricted shares of the spin-off, i'm not quit sure. He may very well dump his as soon as they are spun off. But I'm thinking the spin off should have a pretty good share structure either way. Float of 13.4 million maybe?
