The company has been in business for 5 years and yes under the radar. They have 52 counties and 13 new contracts pending, I would say that's pretty good progress. They process over 12 millions dollars yearly just in my county in commissary and bonds. Their commission is any where from 7 to 10 percent depending on the amount of money processed per transaction. My county is one of the 4 biggest they have so lets say 48 of the other small counties process 3 million a year that equals 144 million a year which is feasible. Let's just say the 4 big counties including mine process 40 million, that would total 188 million dollars processed by CPSZ yearly. Lets use the smaller number of 7 percent and multiply that X 188 million. That would equal 13 million in revenue for CPSZ, of course we do not know the expenses that CPSZ has but I am pretty sure its not more than 10 million a year. I believe it would be closer to 8 million. We will see how close I am when financials are released. GLTA
