Arrvea....in this case, apparently there is no need to further dilute, although, I believe they might have slightly a month of so ago, when there was a big pull back. But, this is an educated guess.

But, again, why would they dilute? We're in a holding pattern now. Waiting for the aquisition talks to pick-up and hopefully they'll be a tremendous offer.

Therefore, there isn't any need for further dilution and even a reverse split.

I WAS ONLY suggestion upon the quesition on why the PPS hasn't appreciated. Besides being a lot of outstanding shares, there is also, a lot in the float.

It would just make the PPS much more attractive at $ 1.00 than $ .05. Most investors don't want to fool with penny stocks. The share structure ratios vs. price would just be the same.

I just experienced a reverse splite and the stock went to $ .165 post split (from $ .0333) and rose to $ 1.00 within week after.

If and only if, the outstanding shares are held tight, the PPS has to go up.
