A small bounce led by a big tech move...probably broker-dealers playing tennis with shares or persons informed in advance of another heavy dilution episode....and the techs have turned negative again.

Any announcements should be considered suspect as hardman basically doesn't tell the truth...no IOBS...no PVA...no biofuel...no Lathrop Engineering...no revenue...no earnings...no clinical tests and trials....

Supposedly hardman had the cash to develop the IOBS with Los Alamos back in the joe noel 'investor relations' but we see where we have been led today...

But he chose to chase 'chinese' phantasms with Canadian citizens instead....

Hardman owes IOBS investors our money back.
