Did I make that prediction? :) I think I said it was possible IF a few things happened. Mainly publicity from the lawsuits would be used as a driver for the speculative patent lawsuit momo crowd. However because the lawsuits, other than the initial PR announcing them, have been pretty hush hush, we haven't gotten the momo from that that could have been if monetary amounts they were going after were announced and if it had been milked for all its worth with various PR's, ala what PTSC and VRNG did for example. I am not criticizing MMR for this strategy, especially if they can eventually get a nice settlement or judgement in their favor. Plus, the stock is up almost 200% the past 3 months, up 100% since HIMSS alone.

Not too shabby.
