and that is the million dollar question (well 5 thousand dollar question for me), who knows, all I know is the company concept is alive well, they respond to inquiries, they submit filings, bottom is in at around .005 (I know it goes lower but only a few shares to traders and mm's) technicals are primed for a freeking rocket, we are guaranteed shares from LED company, O/S is super low, float has got to be extremely low, patience is the only killer here, they are in no hurry.
