The Series E were increased to 100,000,000 in August of 2012, and carry a 15:1 conversion rate when sold, that's 1.5B more Common Shares, the A/S as it stands is 2B. With these 1.5B plus the 815,000,000 already there, there are not enough shares in the A/S to cover the Series E conversions.

Simple math, lack of understanding is the issue. Someone should advise Marc to purchase a calculator, 815MM + 1.5B is 2.315B, and the A/S is only 2B. OOOOPS!

Nothing but a complete SCAM here. And they have gone "Dark," the 4MM share DUMP at .0004 in the waning hours yesterday tells the whole story.
