MDIN states it in the Quarterly filing. Also, did anyone notice that Float went up from February 28 to March 31 by 900,000 shares when everyone was screaming that Float was being reduced? Buying shares from individuals and cancelling non-trading shares does not reduce the shares trading in the market. Lastly, 2,000,000 series B shares for the 100 million that were not trading is a smoking deal.
