Olaf .. dont you think your a little over the top? My business has "in house sales and marketing" also, but, to reach further out because THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH WE CAN DO we had to hire a marketing team to make "Our Arm" reach out further.

Same with BBDA ... theres only so much in house can do and besides, looking at it from a financial stance, it can be much cheaper to hire a firm than having to pay the extra liabilitys, workmans comp, etc, time it requires to cut checks, etc.

Think outside the box bro
