This office space is being provided to us by our former treasurer and secretary, Jae Hwang, free of charge. Mr. Hwang remains a shareholder in SW China Imports and, as of February 6, 2013, owned 39,000,000 shares, or 7.8% of the issued and outstanding shares. If Mr. Hwang decides to no longer allow us access to this office space in the future it would force us to seek outside office space elsewhere, potentially at a very high cost.
