We have very low cash balances as of the date of this prospectus. Our principal source of funds has been cash supplied by our parent company, which has contributed an aggregate of $915,611 through September 30, 2012.

In addition, our parent company Kat Exploration had made a loan to us in the amount of $103,777.00 as of September 30, 2012. This loan does not bear interest. We continue to owe our parent company this sum as of the date of this prospectus.
