Target Hit! . . QQQ came right up within cents of 70 . . .
then failed quickly.
HOWEVER, I see positive Divergence for a continued Rally Higher . . .
so I am holding back .. with my finger on the trigger, but calmly waiting.
I hate to lose money .. so I'd rather miss opportunities than lose money.
