and the Webpage got updated today...

But lets look a little closer:
"Under the terms of the LOI, SWCI will purchase an equity stake of 20% to 50% of APS and will close the deal within 30-buisiness days upon successful completion of due diligence. APS is a small business founded by a sworn and licensed police officer working within the State of Maryland to provide private security services to federal, state, and local governments. APS has been awarded a state government contract to provide unarmed guard services protecting a government building for a 3-year term and has aggressive growth plans to obtain more governments contracts in the future."

Hmmm i think i read something about a swarn police officer already earlier today:

Jae Sung Hwang
Jae is a sworn police officer with over 10 years of law enforcement experience. While working as a police officer, Jae accepted a scholarship and attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he served as a Litigation Fellow with the Stephen L. Snyder Center for Litigation Skills and a Rule 16 Attorney in the Clinical Law Program - Immigrant Rights Clinic representing clients in Immigration matters and Wage and Hour litigation. Since graduating from law school, Jae worked for the Honorable Eric M. Johnson of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.

Jae is the managing partner of Ki & Hwang, LLC.*
Jae is fluent in spoken and written English, Spanish and Korean. As an experienced and highly respected veteran police officer, Jae is a certified Field Training Supervisor who trains new police recruits in proper law enforcement techniques. Possessing a "black belt" in Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do martial-arts and a loyal member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 35.
Jae has focused his practice in the areas relating to Employment and Labor Law, primarily representing plaintiffs in Wage and Hour litigation. He also serves as an advisor and attorney to many small businesses in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Jae learned the value of hard work the old-fashioned "immigrant" way. Jae came to the United States with his parents and worked since he was 14 years old while always attending school full-time. Ambitious and driven, Jae earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland at College Park and, while, still in school, became a sworn police officer at the age of 21 and has risen through the ranks to the position of Police Sergeant.
Outside the office, Jae has been actively involved with the National Security Law community. He was selected to attend the University of Virginia School of Law's 20th National Security Law Institute. Jae and his wife, a physician working at the Permanente Medical Group, reside in Montgomery County, Maryland with their daughter.

*Jae has received specific written approval by the Montgomery County Ethics Commission to engage in the private practice of law except that he may not take cases adverse to Montgomery County or criminal cases in Montgomery County.

Is this just another co-incidence?

Don't forget it's just a LOI not more!!
How much is a Business contract to provide unarmed guard services protecting a government building??

Does it makes this Shell 60M worth?? I doubt it
