Talk is cheap! A reverse split is probably closer and not these kind of revenues!

If a company would be that promising they would not destroy shareholder value and would find other solutions to get the money instead of 300m shares dilution in 5 months and 85m in one month close to triple zero!

Looks like a dilutions scam!
