DAVID G. GWYTHER, PRESIDENT - TRANZBYTE CORP.
Mr. Gwyther will assume the responsibility for the corporation's business development, corporate, and investor relations so the current president, Brian Cook can focus on the growth of the Altitude Organix business unit.
David comes to us from Portland, Oregon. David has been a lobbyist representing both political and business interests in Oregon. He worked as a stock broker at Wedbush, Paulson Investments, and National Securities from 1980 to 1989. From 1990-2004 David worked at Blackwell Donaldson as an Investment Banker. David has also garnered extensive experience as a successful entrepreneur in multiple fields including publishing, consulting, lobbying, and magazine distribution. David’s wealth of resources, knowledge, and connections will lend credibility and credence to the company’s effort to commercialize its technology assets while also building the medical marijuana division of the company.

SEAN LOOMER, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - TRANZBYTE CORP.
Mr. Loomer’s career serves as a benchmark for successful U.S. professionals. At MCI Telecommunications, he was the #1 Regional Manager in the country where he developed small business strategies that were implemented throughout the U.S. Mr. Loomer went on to found the first privately held prepaid phone card company in Arizona in 1993, creating thousands of outlets with wholesale and retail distributors. After selling that company in 1997 he went on to found a prepaid banking company in 2002 and operated in that space for several years. In 2006, he co-founded ONE BODE which he partnered with 2-time NBA MVP, Steve Nash.


BRIAN J. COOK, MANAGING DIRECTOR - ALTITUDE ORGANICS CORPORATION
Brian Cook is the founder and managing director of Altitude Organic Corporation. Prior to starting Altitude Organic in 2009, Brian worked as a partner in a boutique investment firm called The Regency Group for 9 years. He specialized in raising seed capital for emerging companies while providing business development services to start-ups across a wide array of industries. Through real world, corporate mergers and acquisitions, Brian gained the skills and knowledge to lead start-up companies to major growth and success. Brian also used to own–and successfully turned around to profitability–one of the largest bars in Northern Colorado, Washington’s Sports Bar & Grill. Brian Cook holds a bachelor of applied human sciences from Colorado State University. Brian currently sits as a founding Board of Director for The National Cannabis Industry Association, TheCannabisIndustry.org. The trade group is only national trade association for the industry located in Washington.

COLLEEN MANLEY, DIRECTOR - TRANZBYTE COPORATION
Colleen Manley is a partner of one of Arizona's oldest family law practices. She has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since 1985. In 1986, she was admitted to US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. As an attorney, Ms. Manley has earned the coveted "AV" rating, and her firm, Manley Law has been awarded "pre-eminent" status. Ms. Manley is also related to Tom Forcade, the founder of High Times magazine, the most popular periodical on the subject of marijuana in the US. She also serves on the Board of Trans High Corporation, the owner of High Times, and is actively involved in many start-up ventures, both here in the US and around the world.

JOHN G. STOESSINGER - BOARD OF ADVISORS
Dr. Stoessinger is an internationally recognized political analyst and the prize-winning of ten books on international politics. He holds a PH.d from Harvard University and has taught at Harvard, MIT, Columbia, and Princeton. From 1967 to 1974, Dr. Stoessinger served as the acting Director of Political Affairs for the United Nations. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and lectures extensively throughout the world. He is included in the Marquiss Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World.

WILLIAM B. HASELTINE - COPORATE COUNSEL
Mr. Haseltine has over 20 years of experience in corporate and securities law. He had spent more than 9 years working for the US Securties and Exchange Commission where he served as special counsel working in the Office of Disclosure Policy, the Office of Chief Counsel, and the Office of Disclosure Operations. He is an expert in small business, and has spent many years assisting companies in their formation, capitalization, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Haseltine practices in the both the US and internationally, and has provided his services to several countries seeking advice defining, creating, and implementing quality securities laws and regulations and has access to contacts and expertise throughout the world.
