We really don't know what the share structure is at this point and time. Is it possible that there are 2-3 times the # of shares out there? To my knowledge no one has been able to get a # from the T/A, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say that we are going into this blindly. Sure we have the word from the Co. that name change and financials will be coming out, but we don't know the O/S share count with any certainty. JMO.
