For the six months ended 06/30/05, sales totaled $406K up from $58K. Net loss
decreased 65% to $1.7M. Results reflect the change in business focus from
consulting services to DVD and video game rentals. Lower loss reflects decreased
advertising costs and lower consultancy fees.
