I find it interesting that the SEC is going to pick and choose what they want you to release and not release, if anything. Also,By "us" are you referring to a group effort. It has long been suspected that there is an orchestrated effort to defame and damage both Kat companies. Are we to assume this is an admission of such. Since we are involving the SEC and its personnel, would you mind providing the name of your contact. Only to verify that what you are saying is in fact a fact. I am sure the Sec would appreciate input from all interested parties if there is in fact anything going on. There have been way too many fabrications and claims of things such as on going investigations and pending law suits. None of which have or had any credence.
