Important item I missed when I read the press release.

" In addition, Moydow will receive a 2% net smelter return royalty in respect of all gold and silver production from the Notoroso property in excess of the currently defined reserve of 1.2 million ounces. "


They have a 2% NSR on ALL oz on property including the Newmont part. This should make the NSR valued at $7-8m US.

The other parts of the company should be valued at 0.25 - 0.30 canadian.

-> $20m + $7 (NSR) = $27m US /27,000,000 = $1 US -> 1.59 canadian + 0.25 to 0.30 = 1.84 to 1.89 canadian.

This is much more like it. I would expect them to pay most of the cash out in a one time dividend. After all, Noel has to get paid too.
