You don't need to be convinced, the facts are in the 10K, in jbi's inability to demonstrate commercial viability, in the fact that they are resorting to compete for crayons as feedstock.

The above is a mere allegation on your part. How can you know that it is correct? I am far from convinced that it is correct.

How do I know...
Because that's what we do.
The statement is an expert evaluation of fact.
There are thousands of companies that would be lining up to out bid each other for the RockTenn opportunity if it was financially feasible.

We took a close look at the possibility of mining a RockTenn monofil and came to the conclusion that the output is not worth as much as the process cost. Our potential for profit along with the recycling subsidy do not equal profit.

The possibility for jbi to process this plastic for their processors and make fuel that has a lower value than the plastic value on the recycle market AND not receive ANY recycling subsidy is an even greater NEGATIVE POTENTIAL.

Just as I explained in great detail that FREE plastic could not be used for the jbi processors (which was met with much resistance but proved to be entirely true) the words I speak and the opinion rendered is in line with my past predictions that have been validated by the 10K.


If anyone can provide facts to disprove or educate me otherwise we will be on this immediately. (along with a long line of followers).


The simple fact remains... The massive quantity of 'optimal' plastic that jbi is looking for is the exact plastic that recyclers are looking for to make more money recycling than jbi can making fuel from it.

The niche vulture that jbi has proven to be simply does not have a place in the recycling food chain.
