I emailed the attorney on the articles didnt give persoanl info just inquiring right now i guess but this is what i sent

I am curious if there is a case and what is involved with it???

I worked with the company approx 2 1/2 yrs and was a full time manager averaged 34 hours a week.

We received a text message and a conference call on April 3rd at approx 10:30 pm that the entire company is closing the doors and we are now unemployed and can not go back to our studios. some districts didn't even get a call just a text message and some got nothing heard it word of mouth from fellow managers.
