3Power owns 75% of Shala. This means that the 30% will come partially from 3Power and partially from whoever else owns the rest of the company (Shala). And just because that remaining 30% has to come partially from 3Power, doesn't mean they will sell shares in order to fund it. Perhaps 3Power has debt based investors lined up and then will use those funds to fund the equity part of Shala. It really could go a number of ways, meaning even if there is minor dilution here, it will only be minor in my opinion. The people behind this company know what they are doing, and they certainly don't want to dilute their stake here.
