Perhaps but an attorney won't move forward if the chances for
monetary gains are not there.
I would suggest you contact the attorney and see where he stands before getting your hopes up.

The attorney named is a member of the PA bar. I couldn't find any
PA disciplinary actions against him within the past 5 years.
