The guy in the seeking alapha article was trying to incite fear in my opinion.


SK3 is under little to no threat from Delaware seizing Sk3 because they are behind in money owed but the author makes it sound like it could happen any second, 4 years is a long time for "any second" lol...



The Henry Jan/Hipple connection is interesting but overdone. As bad of a reputation that Henry Jan has he does have contacts in the Medical Field including clinics and hospitals. I have independently verified that fact, that could be of use to Medical Greens and is probably why he is still around.
