I agree. That transaction is certainly morally wrong, but you have to hand it to Uncle Al again to come up with something like a sliding allotment to keep control with the stinky pinky CEO.

You knoe, it just occurred to me that I didn't check to see that their allotment went down 1:500 for the shares and options they own.
