Most of those companies are overrated.

You are selling the HU-plantation because you need the money. Not because you can get a good price. That's why you have to use a P/E of 7. You can use a P/E of 12 for a spin-off but you have to wonder who would be interested in purchasing the stock. This is a risky venture after all, with the weather and all.

$27M. That's 49M shares at $0.55. Solomon better get his act together and I mean PDQ.
