Yes, Summer = something in the .10-.15 range! That IMHO possibly higher though! Did you happen to read the articles on Colorado's new proposed distribution guides, they are awesome for ERBB IMO man :).

The first paragraph in one of them was truly defining for ERBB and its franchise model IMO! As allowing multiple channels vs only medical marijuana joints to open at first will really open up the licensing contracts that ERBB will be able to grab in the first year just in Colorado! And at what, $15,000 a pop for just trademark and name fees you have $$$$$$'s on that revenue stream alone.

Then when you consider what the Business really does for its franchisees, you get distribution, advertising, corporate guidance, COMMISSION ON TOTAL SALES FROM THE FRANCHISEES STORES, Ect., Ect. All that = $$$$$$'s also plus whatever side operations they have yeah I'm smiling thinking about it right now right now :)!

Plus with pushes to legalize in some states and to quickly legalize mmj in a few states you get massive tax revenue and subsidization! It is everywhere day after day, Oregon legislator passed house bill 3460 6-3, and that is a big one. Oregon residents would receive all rights currently under the OMMP!

*******And when I think about TAXES I think about this too....think about taxes we to need to think about what each and ever one of us here is doing every day! Trading/investing in stocks!!!!!!!!!!! With marginal rates increased across the board this year on short term and long term gains, the FEDS have a huge advantage. Think........If we all plan on making $$$$$$'s off this sector, the FEDS will be receiving roughly 15-25% of all the total revenue from almost each and every individual! That alone in it's self would trump any types of revenues the FEDS could syphon out of the real physical markets. Especially if state by state there is different stipulations and those taxes that are going to local governments.

I was reading articles last night here are some excerpts from some.

"A special House-Senate committee set up to regulate pot made the decision on their final day. The committee voted to seek a bill allowing future pot businesses to specialize in just one aspect of the business if they wish, growing or distributing or retailing.

At issue is whether future recreational marijuana shops should be like liquor stores, which don’t have to make the products they sell."

"A task force that examined the question earlier this year proposed a one-year protection for medical shops. The legislative committee suggested a much smaller 90-day window."

"The marijuana committee earlier agreed to a long list of recommendations for how pot should be grown, sold and taxed. Lawmakers are poised to ask Coloradans to tax marijuana at least 30 percent, with proceeds bound for school construction and regulating the new marijuana business. Lawmakers want to require potency labels, purchasing limits and safety standards for how the drug should be produced."
