the cc wont be until after the shareholders meeting...so thats the first issue that needs to be considered...kim has said he needs to screw around with the share structure...what he hasnt said is why...im not sure he will even bother to give an explanation at the sh meeting...he just might be content to let his people spread speculations filled with nothing but good thoughts...

but the bottom line is, kim needs money...making significant amounts of silk takes money...worm farms take money...so does shipping...etc etc...and no one is going to give him any money up front...ssm isnt going to work for free...no one is going to allow him to be late with licensing fees...

going into commercial production (real commercial production) is going to take more money than he is used to spending...and i havent read that he won the powerball so its dilution and shareholders who are going to be expected to foot the bill...one way or the other...

how big a hit is the only question...and will the cc be able to overcome it...its going to take more than comments about flight plans and itinerary and letting the boards fantasies take flight with speculation (and help from special friends of kblb)...
