For banks, it comes down to this: it's a money laundering issue, because money made from pot is illegal in their eyes!

Since banks are regulated by the federal government, and the feds see marijuana as illegal, any bank knowingly receiving money from a business selling an illegal drug — REGARDLESS OF STATE LAW — is subject to federal penalties.

And the end question and then the comment from the banker is priceless....
What is going to happen?

PS: Sorry guys, I would of posted it over the weekend when I came across it. But I've been solely over there with that associated stock battling it out for some days now doing some serious charting :). I tend to focus on that one mainly sometimes as it was the one that really peaked my interest towards the stocks in this sector. But I feel Mwip has true strength. IMO we are all blessed to be here this early! Here is to a bright future.
