DNDN 10 million share offering

Why would a company with $120M in cash and short term investments and no announced plans to increase spending (beyond Provenge initial Provenge production expenses, existing studies, and the amended 9902B study) make an offering to raise another $50-60M at this time? I don't get it. It makes me fear that for some reason the company thinks the share price is not going higher in 2006.
